About the Role 

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ad Ops Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. This entry-level role is perfect for a fresher or someone with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field of digital advertising. The Ad Ops Specialist will assist in the implementation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, focusing on campaign setup, performance monitoring, report generation, and creative briefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup and Management: Assist in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, & UAC.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance to ensure they meet key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
  • Report Generation: Generate reports to communicate campaign performance and insights to the team.
  • Creative Briefs: Work on creating and updating creative briefs for ad campaigns.
  • Technical Assistance: Help identify and resolve basic technical issues related to ad delivery and tracking.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Competitor Analysis: Assist in monitoring competitor activities and best practices.
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Google certification along with basic understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
    • Proficiency in Excel and PPT for data handling and report generation.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
    • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus but not required.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
