Core Responsibilities

As a Business Operations Associate, the job with us would primarily involve managing deliveries and being the go-to SPOC for all things operational. Your key responsibilities will include:
● Coordinating with cross functional teams including marketing, design, & technical teams to ensure  timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
● Monitoring & analyzing new campaign launches to ensure campaigns have no errors in their setup and  tracking.
● Providing support on resolving technical and delivery issues.
● Identifying areas of improvement within existing processes and platform capability to ensure the  process is smooth, efficient & error-free and improve delivery timelines.
● Conducting industry research and analysis to inform business decisions and highlight opportunities for growth.
● Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and
regulations to maintain traffic quality & identify potential risks.

Who Should Apply For This Role?

● 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations (Advertising, Marketing and Ad tech)
● Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
● Passionate about learning and works effectively both autonomously and within a team environment
● An effective communicator – provides clear information and to ensure requirements are understood by  all
● Good analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
