Role Summary:
We are looking for an entry-level candidate who is interested in melding an analytical and technical mindset with a focus on business outcomes. This role will work closely with the Director of Technical Solutions to create a strong partnership with the Strategic Partnerships team. The Technical Solutions team is focused on improving integrations between the demand and supply side of online advertising. We innovate and imagine new ways to showcase’s supply in a world that is focused on efficiency, transparency and performance.

Designation: Technical Account Manager


  • High Level understanding of computer networking.
  • Interest in understanding the technical drivers of business outcomes.
  • Communication skills (Written & Oral)


  • Attend weekly client calls with the Strategic Partnership team to help manage day to day technical follow ups for technical priorities.
  • Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) with internal stakeholders across different account management teams.
  • Work to build a superior understanding of products and their underlying architecture.
  • Research, record, and maintain ongoing knowledge of standard methodologies for product usage in all areas of functionality.

What we are looking for in our ideal applicant:

  • 2-3 years experience in a Solutions Consultancy/ Solutions Engineering/ Technical Account
  • Management/ Customer Success role with a tech company.
  • Very outcome-oriented, detail focused & is a finisher at heart – always looking for ways to complete their tasks – productively & effectively.
  • Curiosity for the practical working of technical solutions, you want to understand how systems work and interact.
