Job Summary ?
We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our dynamic mobile apps business as a Business Analyst.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large and complex datasets to drive data-informed decision-making and support our mobile app strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and executives, to optimize app performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance user experience.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of mobile app metrics, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner

Roles and Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including app analytics platforms and market research, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to app performance and user behavior.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze metrics that align with business goals and objectives, such as user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations for improving app performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with the product team to identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and experiments based on data-driven insights.
• Identify and implement strategies for A/B testing and experimentation to optimize app features, user interface and conversion funnels.
• Monitor and evaluate app store reviews and ratings, identifying trends and feedback to inform product improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging practices in mobile app analytics and business intelligence

Qualification and Experience ?
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the mobile apps or technology industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, using tools such as Excel, Python, or R for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with app analytics platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) and their key metrics.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
