About the Role
We are looking for a performance-oriented Senior Media Buyer with deep expertise in either Search, Social, or Native advertising platforms—or ideally, a mix of all—to lead large-scale media buying campaigns across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate has managed high-volume affiliate funnels and monthly spends exceeding $3 – $4 Million USD per month, with a strong focus on US and EU markets.
This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies driving lead generation and sales across Health, Finance, Insurance, Lifestyle, and SMB categories.
Key Responsibilities
1) Plan, buy, and manage media campaigns across Search (Google Ads, Bing), Social (Meta, TikTok ), and Native (Outbrain, Taboola, Revcontent) platforms.
2) Scale affiliate-driven funnels profitably by optimizing landing pages, creatives, and traffic sources.
3) Analyze campaign performance daily to maximize ROI, CTR, CPL, and conversion efficiency.
4) evelop and test audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative variations.
5) Collaborate with analytics, content, and funnel operations teams to improve conversion paths.
6) Build a global media buying team under him in long run
7) Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and traffic network innovations.
Requirements
1) Proven experience (minimum 5 years) managing large-scale paid media campaigns in affiliate marketing environments.
2) Hands-on experience with performance optimization tools and advanced tracking systems (Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
3) Demonstrated success in managing $M+ monthly advertising budgets.
4) Expertise in at least one traffic type: Search, Social, or Native, with cross-channel capability preferred.
5) Deep understanding of affiliate funnel mechanics, including lead capture, pre-landers, and offer optimization.
6) Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach to scaling campaigns.
7) Familiarity with compliance, ad policy standards, and regional nuances for the US and EU markets.
8) Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Background
Prior experience in companies focused on large-scale affiliate or performance marketing operations.
Exposure to managing multiple verticals—Health, Finance, Insurance, Lifestyle, or SMB.
Strong track record in scaling CPA or CPL campaigns profitably.
